You can choose instruction in climbing techniques, high-mountain guiding or a combination of both with a schedule to suit your itinerary and budget.
We can create almost any adventure for you, or your group. If you have an adventure in mind, leave it to us to organise and enjoy peace of mind that you are in professional hands. Maybe it is a trip into the middle of nowhere that interests you. Perhaps the idea of learning in groups does not appeal. Private Guiding is entirely flexible and a highly recommended way to gain skills quickly and thoroughly.
Private Guiding or Instruction is offered as either single or multi-day options, depending on what it is you desire to learn or achieve. The cost is exclusive of all external expenses, i.e. flights, food, transport, hut fees and equipment.
Price: From NZ$600 per day per guide
Mountain locations: We have access to a number of areas which are ideal for running these courses including; Mount Cook National Park, Westland National Park and Aspiring National Park. Help us choose a location that suits you
Departures: We pick you up from your accommodation in Queenstown at 8am on day one, or will arrange to meet you at the chosen location for your course.
Schedule: Private Guiding is available at any time. Forward bookings preferred.
Helicopter Option: Private Guiding will utilize helicopter transfers to get to where we want to go quickly and efficiently. Cost is determined by duration of flying time.
